Account Registration

Credits and Payments

SupergenAI operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our website and used to generate AI content.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify credit prices or validity period at any time
• Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe)

User Content and Ownership

When you provide input (prompts, descriptions, etc.) to generate content using our service:

• You retain ownership of your input prompts
• You receive ownership rights to the AI-generated content created from your prompts
• We reserve the right to use anonymized prompts for service improvement

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Generate content that simulates or impersonates real individuals without their consent
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access content not intended for your account
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, national, or international law

Content Moderation

We implement content filters to prevent the generation of harmful or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to monitor prompts and generated content, and to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policies.

Service Availability and Updates

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% service availability. We may update, change, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, content loss, or feature changes.

Limitation of Liability
